Can I return the products I purchased from ekmas.com.tr?
You can request an exchange or return for the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the product from the courier.
How can I process a return?
To initiate a return, go to the "Easy Return" section under your orders, select the product you wish to return, and click the "Save" button. Once you receive an email notification stating "Your return request has been received," pack the product completely and send it to the address below. For returns, the shipping fee is covered by ekmas.com.tr for one-time shipping only. Please include the invoice and state your reason for the return when sending the product. You can deliver the product to MNG Cargo along with the return code provided.

Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility. Please ensure the package is secure and waterproof.
What happens after I return the product?
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for compliance with return conditions. If the product meets the return requirements, the return process will be completed within 2-10 days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address. Once the return is completed, you will receive a notification email.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your card or account depends on your bank's processing times.
Which products are not eligible for returns?
Products that have been used or lost their originality during the return period cannot be returned.
Products that are damaged due to use (e.g., tearing, deformation in shape, staining, breaking of parts, or scratches) cannot be returned.
What if the returned product included a promotional item or gift?
If the returned product was accompanied by a free promotional item as part of the purchase, the promotional item must also be returned.
How long does it take to receive my refund after cancelling an order?
For orders paid with a credit card, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank. This procedure is governed by the banks, not ekmas.com.tr.
For installment payments, the refunded amount will be credited to your credit card account monthly by your bank, in accordance with the installment schedule.
I used a discount code when ordering and returned the product. Can I use the same code again?
Unless otherwise stated by ekmas.com.tr, discount codes are for single use only. A code used for a returned product cannot be used for another purchase.
I used a discount code or benefitted from a promotion when ordering and returned one or more products. Is the discount code/promotion still valid?
If the remaining products in your order meet the campaign conditions, the discount code will remain valid.
If the remaining products do not meet the campaign conditions, the discount code/promotion will be cancelled. The non-discounted price of the remaining products will be calculated, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
What should I do if the product I received has a manufacturing defect or fault?
If you receive such a product, you can return it via MNG Cargo by providing the return code. Our quality control department will contact you, and a replacement product will be sent to you as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
